5. Intellectual Property Rights

Generated Images: The ownership of images generated through this service depends on the subscription plan:

• Free tier users receive a non-exclusive license to use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Premium users receive rights to use generated images as specified in their subscription plan, which may include commercial usage rights.
• Business plan users receive enhanced commercial rights as detailed in their subscription agreement.

Service Content: The Ghibli Generator service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content provided (excluding user-generated content), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Ghibli Generator service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. There is no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

Access to the service may be terminated or suspended immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if users breach the Terms.
